Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any third-party platform an account is used on.

You sign in with an email and password or a one-time email link. Keep your password and inbox secure — you are responsible for activity under your account, and should contact us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.

We provide time-limited access to game accounts. On purchase you receive an activation key and a loader that signs you into an account; you do not receive ownership of the account, its email, or its master credentials. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, Electronic Arts, Bohemia Interactive, Embark Studios, or any other publisher or platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

• Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may change at any time.
• Purchases are funded from your wallet balance. Wallet balance is store credit only: it is non-transferable, has no cash value outside the Service, and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to money or cryptocurrency.
• Top-ups are made in cryptocurrency via our payment processor. Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed or charged back.
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount and network; mis-sent or unconfirmed payments are outside our control.

Delivery is digital and effectively instant: once payment clears, your key is issued and you can activate it and download the loader at any time from your account.

Sales are final. If an account does not work, you may claim a free verified replacement under our Refund & Warranty Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to reverse, resell, or redistribute access outside the terms of our reseller program;
• abuse the warranty, referral, or promotional programs, or create multiple accounts to do so;
• interfere with, probe, or attack the Service, its infrastructure, or our suppliers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, and withhold or reverse credit, for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse or fraud.

The Service and all accounts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except the limited warranty in our Refund & Warranty Policy. We do not guarantee that any specific account, rank, inventory, or stock level will be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any action taken by a third-party platform against an account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted here; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
