Refund & Warranty Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, and top-ups are made in cryptocurrency. Because of that, sales are final — but every account is backed by a warranty so you are never stuck with one that doesn’t work.
All sales are final
- Accounts are delivered instantly as activation keys, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
- Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible; we do not offer chargebacks or cash refunds.
- Wallet balance is store credit — it can be spent on the store but cannot be withdrawn or converted back to money or crypto.
Warranty — free replacement
If an account does not work, we will replace it free of charge with a verified account of the same type. To qualify:
- the account was bought from us through your account or the reseller API;
- the claim is made within the warranty window — within 6 hours of purchase or activation;
- for a Community Ban or VAC ban, you contact support within 10 minutes of key activation;
- the issue is not caused by your own use (changing the account’s details, sharing it, or logging out incorrectly).
We re-check the account live before replacing it. If it still works, it will not be replaced. Replacements are limited to a reasonable number per account to prevent abuse.
How to claim
- Reseller API: call the
/replaceendpoint with the activation key. - Everyone else: email [email protected] with your order ID and the activation key.
Replacements are not provided if
- The account owner is currently playing on the account.
- You received a Community Ban.
- You received a VAC Live ban.
- The account has a VAC ban in another game.
- You broke the key/session — for example by logging out incorrectly or giving the account to a friend.
- The account has already been provided as a replacement.
- You are not satisfied with the account's rank.
- You are not satisfied with the account's Trust Factor.
- The account is banned on servers. We cannot check this.
- The warranty period for the product has expired.
- The VAC ban was received after the account had already been recovered by the owner.
A replacement for a Community Ban or VAC ban is provided only if you contact support within the first 10 minutes after key activation. We do not refund or replace for change of mind, and suspected abuse of this policy may result in suspension.
